These terms apply to your use of this website. By reading the pages here, or by sending us an enquiry through the site, you are accepting them. If there is something in them you are not willing to accept, the answer is simply not to use the site — nothing here requires you to agree to anything in order to leave.
They are written in plain English on purpose. A set of terms that nobody can read is not much use to either side, and we would rather you understood what you were agreeing to than skimmed a wall of legal formatting and hoped for the best.
These terms cover the website. They are not the terms of any treatment you might go on to arrange, which are a separate matter discussed directly with you before anything is booked.

Sending an enquiry is not the same as booking
This matters, so it gets its own section. Sending an enquiry through this website starts a conversation. It does not create an appointment, it does not reserve a date, and it does not commit either side to anything.
Nothing is confirmed until it has been confirmed with you directly — after the questions about your circumstances have been asked and answered, and after suitability has been considered. Until then, please do not build plans around a date you have suggested but not had confirmed.
